CK has won third prize for Category Grade 5-6 for the 2010 William Saroyan Story Writing Contest. I am so proud of her for her many achievements to date, but this take the cake! She won an award for writing about her inspiration, that is me. Her name appeared in the local Fresno Bee. She received her award at the Woodwark Park Regional Library yesterday evening, with a cash price of $50.
