Choozi and Choozo at daycare

Since my parents returned home, Choozi had to go daycare with her older brother. She is so sociable with her other peers. I loved the look on her face when her dad dropped her off, wrinkled forehead and pouting lips. However, I get to see her beaming with glee when I picked her up from daycare. Eversince, Choozo's partner in crime, Isaiah, left the daycare, he is the only boy amongst 4 girls, Emily, Savannah, Roxanne and Choozi.

Choozi 6 months already!

Choozi went for her 6 months well visit with Dr. Gillespie. I had to sneak her out of daycare as I left Choozo behind for her 3 pm dr. appointment. She was waiting patiently for almost 20 minutes which was not too bad. I always take pictures of the kids when they visit the doctor. Choozi's Chinese heritage took over in terms of her looks, Choozo has his dad's heritage.

That makes Choozi - Chakistani and Choozo - Pakinese.

Chuck E Cheese

Last Saturday, Choozo went with his dad to Chucky's - had a blast! They had a little trouble leaving the place because Choozo refused to show them his hand stamp at the door. Chuck's safety policy is that a child can only leave with the specified adult as long as their hand stamps matched, which I love! So dad has to pull out some sort of ID that this little punk is his own flesh and blood. I was floored with laughter. Luckily I stuffed one of the wallet size of him riding a motorcycle with that "rebel without a cause" look.

With reference to the above, I love the 2nd expression on Choozo's face. I called it the Terrified in Space look = priceless.

P/S he was actually terrified of something.

Diamonds and Pearls

My dad bought me pearls. Mommy says diamonds would have to come from my future husband. Oh boy, I will break his bank!

Choozi 1st trip to McDonald's

At long last, we managed to bring along our choozi for her inaugural introduction to king of fast food, Mickey D's. She sat in the blue chair - chillin' as we were stuffing our faces with egg mcmuffin with no cheese and meat (Frank's), egg mcmuffin with cheese and no meat (for myself), 2 hashbrowns & scrambled eggs (a must for Choozo), apple juice and iced mocha for the grown-ups. My choozo has learned to eat ketchup with his eggs and fries. Such a big boy now.

Choozo and Grandpa

Last Saturday, choozo decided to display his affection for my camera. He was in his diaper. He ran toward grandpa and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheeks. So sweet. He also shared some of his love with grandma, it was truly a sweet ending to a six months visit. Choozo kept calling Kung Kung (in Cantonese, it means Grandpa) when he woke up on Sunday morning. It tugged my heart real hard.
