Farhan and Farheen is having a baby!

and they are having a baby boy in April! We love you! Congratulations!

Choozi 1st year well visit

She received 2 shots of immunization on both her arms, the feet is coming along well, we have a follow up with her orthopedist surgeon on March 15. Boy, she has a high pitch scream at the end, just to shatter one's ear drums. She is truly a daddy's girl! And Choozo is a momma's boy! We are blessed.

My LV cake bag in 2 days!

I made this in record time from Thursday night till Saturday morning, after work and followed up when the kids went to bed! Hate the edible frosting sheets, could not get potato paper which looks much better. I have to suck it up, make it work. Delivered the cake in one piece!

Looking at him today, I am suspecting he is learning to pose like CK....both of them love posing with my iPhone.

Choozi on a tricycle

She loves her brother's tricycle. Although she could not reach the paddle yet, but she tries! Soon choozi, you be honkling at your bhai/brother for lagging behind in his Fisher Price jeep.

Choozi loves to eat

She took after me, a foodie. She scans the carpet for food esp. crumbs. She smacks her lips when she sees anyone of us with food. Her bhai, unwillingly torments by walking around eating his banana or ice-cream bar. She had her first cake and loved it.

Choozi 1st birthday at North India Grill

The party dust has settled. Everything for me - has returned to normal. I made her birthday cake, party favors, some desserts and all the decor. My dearest friend, Nancy and her daughter, and my CK came to help - transporting, hauling and assemblying all the good stuff to make this a great success. All our guests had fun, ate heartily, laughed and made some new friends along the way.

Choozi is ONE now. She is truly daddy's girl. She pines for her dad, whines for her dad and most of all, she loves to irk her big brother. This is a new chapter of her life to begin on a right note with the right attitude. Thanks to all for their faraway wishes and we wished all of you can come.
